Responsible in preparing of Coordination Services Drawing (CSD) and execute drawing analysis,
interpretation and prepare necessary revision caused by clashes of services in Coordination Services
Drawing.
Responsible in preparing HVAC shop drawings including air distribution calculation, duct sizing, duct
layout, chilled water piping, selection of grilles and diffusers.
Responsible in preparing detailed drawings to give further information on particular parts generally at
large scale than the general arrangement.
Coordinate with the CAD engineer in order to translate the design drawings into viable and accurate shop
drawings.
Create “as built” drawings at the end of the projects using the information gathered from the project
personnel in order to ensure accurate billing from the client and/or main contractor.
Field / Site inspection.

calculation, duct sizing, duct layout, refrigerant piping, chilled water piping, selection of grilles and
diffusers, elevating piping systems, routing and layout sloping.

Coordinate with the CAD engineer in order to translate the design drawings into viable and accurate
shop drawings.

Create and maintain a personal library details and drawings.

changes in Individual Services.

Prepare Quantity Take Off on HVAC Tender Drawings.

Responsible in preparing of Coordination Services Drawing (CSD) and Individual Services Drawing
(ISD) and execute drawing analysis, interpretation and prepare necessary revision caused by clashes of
services in Coordination Services Drawing.
Responsible in preparing detailed drawings to give further information on particular parts generally at
large scale than the general arrangement.
Prepare HVAC shop drawings and upgrading as-built plans for the proposed project based on actual
construction.
Amendment of Structural, Architectural Drawings and Coordination Services Drawings based on
changes in Individual Services.
Field / Site inspection.

(ISD) and execute drawing analysis, interpretation and prepare necessary revision caused by clashes of
services in Coordination Services Drawing.
Responsible in preparing detailed drawings to give further information on particular parts generally at
large scale than the general arrangement.
Prepare working drawings (Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing and Fire Protection)
Involves in editing electronic files based on the type of discipline, format electronic files check drawings
depending on drawing standard.
Responsible for the quality of work to ensure that it follows CAD Standard.
