REPORTING STRUCTURE

• Responsible for the Corporate IT team in Hong Kong, Singapore and Gibraltar and IT contractors.
• Report to the Director of IT (USA).

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Day to day management of the APAC corporate IT team and infrastructure including hardware, software (SaaS applications with Okta SSO/SAML), communications and cloud technologies.
• Endpoint management programs, including endpoint detection and response (EDR) for vulnerability and threat detection, meeting high-security standards and regulatory compliance for the financial industry.
• IT project management including the design and implementation of corporate applications and security focused projects. Stakeholder management and communication.
• Maintain environmental processes, logging and documentation to meet auditing requirements for security and regulatory compliance.
• Leading the ITSM function for the business and ensuring a high level of support is maintained and that the business has access to a stable, robust and secure technology platform.
• Innovation and research of new technologies to facilitate continuous improvement and technology lifecycles.

lifecycles.
