Starting as the first commissioning employee, i developed all of the commissioning process, recruited and trained the team of commissioning professionals and managed the execution of the process from the point of construction handover.
I also participated in the construction from the foundation stage of the project.
My process was subject to a detailed corporate audit by AMTPJ and was passed with no major issues.

From 1970 to 2004 I worked for Algoma Steel ESSAR in Canada where I retired as General Manager.

This is a practical 3 year diploma course in Mechanical Engineering Based on my performance in first year i was awarded a bursary scholarship which paid for the final 2 years. i worked full time while during this program.
