• Coordination of all onsite activities
• Prepare BOQ’s, material delivery forms during their arrival to the site and raise inspection requests to QA/QC department
• Installation of pipes, conduits for Mechanical and Electrical systems
• Installation of Electro-mechanical devices (ventilation systems, exhaust fans, sensors, Light indicators, gate barriers, ticketing stations in parking areas etc.)
• Prepare and raise Inspection Requests (IR) after installation to get approvals
• Work in line with the HSE officer to ensure the safety measures are all up to date
• Prepare daily site reports, material requisitions and labor appraisal reports
• Keep in check the ongoing project is accordance with the Project Schedule
• Manufacturing / Production of various Refractory
• Maintenance of Vacuum Furnaces, Driers, Industrial Ovens
• All types of valve assembling and maintenance
• Check and carry out Preventive Maintenance measures on all mechanical/electrical devices (PM)
• Inspection for leaks on welded joints
• Material procurement and Employee management
● Management of discharge valves in relating to ship offloading and loading
● Ship receiving procedures & related documentation
● Ensuring safety precautions
● All types of valve assembling and maintenance
● Erection of Air Defense Ship for Indian Navy
● Outfitting works for Platform supply Vessels
● Hull and Accommodation Repair works of native & Foreign Vessels
● Service and Coordination at Ship Building Department
● Scaffolding works in Dock and Quays
● Assessments of requirements for Indigenous Aircraft Carrier
● Man hour booking and Casual Labour bill clearence
● Designing of Brackets and Stanchions for staging
● Grand Assembly of Blocks for ADS as per GA plans
● Procurement of Shores and Pillars used on Dock Floor as a support during Erection
● Safety Checks on PSV’s at the time of Dock Flooding wich includes weight assessment on Port & Starboard sides
• Preparation of Erection Schedules for Vessles and Buoys including the latest CD 09 Series Platform Supply Vessel built at CSL
• Construction of approach bridge at Vallarpadam Container Terminal, Kochi
• Supervision of Piling operations
