Duties and Responsibilities:
❖ Quality Control department in-charge of Middle East Insulation including 2 affiliated companies
Bin Ghurair Trading and Resolco Insulation LLC.
Responsible in controlling quality inspection of insulated products, fire rated steel doors, rolling shutters and other products.
❖ Responsible in monitoring of all inspection of incoming and outgoing materials whether it is
Raw-materials or finished products
❖ Mentor for technical guidance for identifying and resolving quality issues.
❖ Identifies and implements effective process control systems to support the development,
qualification, and on-going manufacturing of products to meet or exceed internal and external requirements.
❖ Leads in the implementation of assurances, process controls, and Corrective Action systems are
designed to meet or exceed internal and external requirements.
❖ Evaluates and approve new materials and products in terms of quality.
❖ Applies sound, systematic problem-solving methodologies in identifying, prioritizing,
communicating, and resolving quality issues.
❖ Assign tasks and training to all QC Engineers and inspectors.
❖ Evaluate new products / materials through inspection and testing.
❖ Conduct site inspection to verify work quality and prepare site inspection report afterwards.
❖ Conduct thorough investigation to all customer's claim received to know all root cause and give
corrective action and preventive measures.
❖ Responsible for worker's health and safety during at work or while in the factory.
❖ Conduct internal audit and prepare management review report.
❖ Responsible in making any changes, updating and revision of ISO Manual.

❖ Set-up production process flow and control of all quality standard use in production or in any process.
❖ Responsible in evaluation and qualifying of all new product / process / machine before mass-production.
