• Assist in raising and placing material, plant and subcontract orders in accordance with standard company operating procedures
• Process day to day requisitions for sites and raising all purchase orders as required
• Assist with the preparation and sending of enquiry documents, specification and cost comparisons
• Chase suppliers for quotations, product and delivery information
• Liaise with sites regarding delivery schedules, queries etc
• Assist with the reconciliation and approval of material and plant invoices against delivery notes and purchase orders
• Completion of supplier account documentation and coordinating the account opening process
• Maintain supply chain relationships and establish own supply chain relationships
• Ensure all purchase orders and correspondence for the procurement function are loaded to projects in a timely manner and that hard copies are filed where necessary
• Assists Department Managers
• Coordinate with security personnel for information of company guests
• Assist with administration covers across the company where required
• Any other administration duties as reasonably requested by the team
