SADARA Propylene Oxide Plant Project, main responsibilities -
- Fabrication & Erection of Tankage, Interconnecting Piping and Structures
- 4 Nos. of API 650 Tanks (Hydrogen Peroxide)
- 5 Nos. of API 620 Tanks
- Examine and inspect work progress, equipment, and construction sites to verify safety and to ensure that specifications are met.
- Review and Approval of Procedures for Material Handling, Storage, Preservation, Fabrication, Welding, Brazing, Repairs, PMI, PWHT, and NDT.
- Approval of Third party companies and QA QC personnel’s' by conducting interview for the contractors& sub-contractors on the basis of company Quality standards.
- Analysis of ITP check points, also monitor the inspection including fabrication of Tank, Structure, Piping, Welding, NDT/Interpretation, PWHT, & Equipment installation through proper checklist and RFI.
- Review of Welding& Brazing Procedure Specification/PQR qualification as per ASME Sec IX.
- Evaluation of Preventive &Corrective actions of Log Book Entries & NCR’s.
- Review and approval of vendor documents & reports.
- Attending Managerial &Quality weekly meetings with Contractor and Sub contractors for expediting the flow of work to meet the scheduled time.
- Resolving non conformities with PMT Execution so as to meet the target on time.
- Review of Test packs by conducting walkthroughs (Line checking) and Pre-test punch listing.
- Witnessing test methods Hydro, Pneumatic, Gravity Tests thru RFI.
- Conduct walkthroughs for Ready for Commissioning & preparation of Punch list for the Mechanical completion of Systems and Sub systems.

Gas Treatment Plant Onshore Gas Terminal Expansion and Modification for Garagol Deniz West Oil Development Project, main responsibilities -
- QA/QC Fabrication & Erection of Tankage and Interconnecting Piping
- 7 Nos. of API 650 Tanks
- Liaise with Customer Engineering, Procurement, QA and suppliers on a progressive basis.
- Prepare Inspection Assignments, including supporting technical information.
- Attend / chair PIM’s as required.
- Participate in the review / approval of supplier ITP’s / test procedure, etc.
- Manage inspection personnel in accordance with pre-approved inspection man-hours.
- Coordinate; track all inspection activities up to date including final release.
- Final document review (Certification, MDR’s etc.).
- Coordinate the delivery of Inspection Reports to applicable stakeholders. Follow up and address action items resulting from inspections.
- Perform necessary HSE / Quality Inductions for inspection personnel.

DOW Chemical Company, Propane De-Hydrogenation Project (LNG Module Fabrication), main responsibilities -
- Review Project Specification / Code requirements and its implementation.
- Identify NDE requirements to ensure that all testing had been met.
- Participate in the disposition of non-conforming items reported by inspectors.
- Coordinate with the key personnel involved in the project, pertaining to Quality matters. Witness all required testing.
- Ensure that all welding inspection are recorded, documented and signed by authorized personnel.
- Ensure that all welding works are carried out in accordance with the approved WPS.
- Coordinate the interface between production shop and QC to ensure the inspections are performed in timely manner.
- Maintain and review welder’s qualification records and equipment calibration record.
- Responsible for implementation of Quality control program.
- Perform other job within competency that maybe assigned by superior. Initiate raising of Non Conformity Report.
- Implementation of Project Key Performance Indicator as guidelines for improvement.

Papua New Guinea Liquefied Natural Gas Project (PNG-LNG), main responsibilities-
- QA/QC Fabrication & Erection of Tankage and Interconnecting Piping
- 2 Nos. of API 620 Double Wall Tanks (Liquefied Natural Gas)
- 12 Nos. of API 650 Tanks
- 1 Spherical ASME VIII Tank
- Report to the Project Quality Manager.
- Review and understand the Project Quality Plan, Associated discipline Procedures, Test Procedures, Codes, Specifications and Drawings.
- Ensure implementation of required Quality Control Inspections and Quality Documentation to support the project schedule and client requirements.
- Develop project specific Quality Procedures, inspection and test plans, develop and maintain required project quality records/documents and develop and maintain inspection and Nonconformance.
- Report (NCR) logs. Coordinate and supervise daily work activities of QC Inspectors.
- Provide the QC department interface with Client QA/QC personnel and communication interface with Construction Management.
- Pneumatic and hydrostatic supervision.

- Bunker Storage Tank = 4 x Diameter = 65 m, Height = 20 m
- Naphtha Storage Tank = 4 x Diameter = 105 m, Height = 20 m
- Alkyl ate Storage Tank = 2 x Diameter = 65 m, Height = 20 m

- QA/QC Fabrication & Erection of Tankage and Interconnecting Piping
- 9 Nos. of API 650 Tanks
- Perform and Review ITP, Procedures, WPS & Welder Qualification.
- Verifying Material Grade, Specification and Certificates.
- Stage wise inspection in Fabrication, Erection and Hydro test.
- Preparing Radiographic Spots Requirement as per API 650.
- Witness, Review and Interpret NDE wherever applicable.
- Prepare Document Package Reports.
- Monitor welder acceptance and rejection rate.
- Track and monitor repair joints during welding.

Epza Building Construction, main responsibilities-
- Distribution of welder to proper job location.
- Monitor welder performance and suggested corrective action.
- Conducted periodical tool box meetings for welders, foreman and charge-hands for welding quality awareness.
