Attend various meetings of clients/end-users makes me become more proficient in preparation of initial design to final design development, acquired more to countless contractor/suppliers collectively review different stages of construction, materials specifications submittal and shop drawing that gives more success in achieving projects hand over (turnkey) in timely manner and more cost effective.
As Project Architect managing various Hospital Facilities ensure the equipment (HVAC- MEP) are all operational with high ratio of performance through preventive (PPM) and corrective maintenance are incredibly challenging. Managing different level of fit out in coordination to design team gives me more sense of high competency and to achieve more.
Closed interaction to different technician and made me more confidence in carrying out instructions to people of various nationality. I learned to be more cost effective purchase the right selection of furniture’s materials, equipment (medical and non-medical).
Major Accomplishment: Design Concept and fit-out: New proposed two (2) Hybrid Catheter Operating Theater, Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Royal Suite and VIP Patient room, including small Operating Theater, Examination room and Phlebotomy room, Radiology Department Office, located in General Hospital, Pediatric and Neonatal ICU in Women and Children Hospital, Central Control room (CCTV) for Sheikh Khalifa Hospital located in Umm Al Quwain, SKMCA new C-suite Admin office.
Top 10 student in the whole class, highly given citation for Architectural design concept, building materials, include knowledgeable in the History and Theory of Architecture.
