DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
➢ Conduct Tool Box talk/Emergency Drill and make report,
➢ Directly reporting to HSE Manager/Project Manager,
➢ Attending the safety meetings and keeping the records,
➢ Maintaining safety statistics and other documents,
➢ Liaising with consultant and client
➢ Daily inspection of site locations and associated facilities observing operations and activities, investigating Health and Safety complaints and ensuring that the works are in compliance with the approved safety regulations
➢ Ensure implementation of client's safety guidelines.
➢ Permit-to-Work System Compliances for Hot Work Confined Space Work etc.
➢ Advise to project supervisory and management staff on compliance with the law, safety standards and clients requirements,
➢ Conduct Emergency Drill and make report,
➢ Conduct inspection and audit of tools and equipments and make report,
➢ Provide guidance to the employees regularly on HSE matters,
➢ Inspection of Fire extinguishers and smoke detectors,
➢ Training the employees on permit to work systems,
➢ Arranging the monthly HSE meetings at site management level and addressing weekly HSE meetings,
➢ Conduct incident/accident investigations and follow up actions,
➢ Conducting evacuation drill periodically and arranging emergency preparedness,
➢ Advice on appropriate action to minimize fire risk and develop fire procedures.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
➢ Advise to project supervisory and management staff on compliance with the law, safety standards and clients requirements,
➢ Advise on-site safety and promote the safe conduct of all work,
➢ Responsible for overseeing the implementation of the project, site or facility HSE plan as well as keeping records for the safety file to enable auditing to be carried out,
