 Devises IT Framework for CITS
 Recommending the best technology solutions (CITS services & solutions) for CITS and for CITS customers
 Overseeing technical projects to ensure that the project is completed meeting time, cost and quality
 Ensuring that any technology risks are preventively avoided (for both CITS and for CITS customers)
 Identifies, compares, selects and implements technology solutions to meet current and future needs
 Manages Internal IT Team and perform resource planning
 Provide technical recommendation for implementation
 Engages With External solutions Vendors for new solutions
 Works closely with Marketing, Business Development and Operations to define and deliver new products and enhancements
 Manages project management process to support the company’s growth
 Reviews and approves proposed solution releases
 Develops, tracks and controls the development of annual operating and capital budgets for purchasing, staffing and operations
 Manages and optimizes infrastructure assets to satisfy internal financial targets
