• Operate the machinery in accordance with safety standards and in accordance with the production schedule.
• Maintain the machine in a clean and tidy manner and ensures regular planned maintenance tasks are undertaken.
• Ensure the process is performed within the set process standards and ensure any deviation outside of the set parameters results in termination of the process immediately to allow corrective action to be carried out.
• Record and report any unusual or non-standard incidents to Supervisor or Team Leader immediately.
• Carry out all calibrations, quality checks, etc. as required by the SOP and Supervisor and record all required data in line with the ISO and SOP documentation requirements.
• Ensure all required quality samples are available for quality checks are required.
• Monitor the availability of relevant materials to achieve the plan and inform the Supervisor in the event of shortages.
• Maintain a good standard of personal hygiene at all times.
• Maintain a good standard of housekeeping in work area at all times, and minimize waste whenever possible
• Maintain all tools and company equipment used in good order.
• Follow company health and safety standards, and report any incident that does not conform to safe working practice to Supervisor immediately.
