* Arranging the site visit, measurement & preparing the quotations and closing the sales.
* Providing an accurate and timely quotation which meets Floorworld quality standards. As
well as excellent order processing procedures.
* Understand customer needs, requirements & Price negotiations with customers.
* Communications with customers by telephone and emails.
* Serve as liaison between interior designers and contractor.
* Coordinating with outdoor sales personnel all inquiries which will require office visits to
close the sale (commercial clients).
* Follow payment and credit approval procedures as well as raising sales invoices to be
processed by the warehouse team.
* Use E-Gizmo and ZOHO sales software to record all sales activities.
* Coordinating job installations as well as reporting non delivery and customer complaints.
* Provide market intelligence on competition, distribution, product trends, pricing.
* Train and manage showroom sales staff.
DUNIA FINANCE
Responsible for stocking main shelf with all Pepsi products daily primarily at
large-format accounts such as grocery stores and mass merchants.
* Responsible for stocking all displays daily.
* Comply with proper product rotation standards for product freshness and quality.
* Fill all new age products in coolers and on warm shelf.
* Work product in back rooms of stores and condense back stock each time in
store to keep these areas clean at all times.
* Prepare damaged and outdated product for pickup and return to plant
* Securing, setting, and moving displays when required.
* Placing proper point-of-sale materials on main shelf, displays, coolers, and vendors.
* Keep proper corporate sets on main shelf, displays, and in coolers.
