Review and upgrade office and administrative procedures and documentation.
Registering all incoming and outgoing documents.
Make sure that, the incoming/outgoing documents are circulated properly to concerned person/ department after initialed by Project Manager.
The implementation of all necessary procedures (Document Control Procedure, Document Numbering System etc., ) to ensure that Document Management is carried out at optimum effectiveness.
Prepare and scan all documents in order to publish an electronic version of all documents physically filed, on a shared directory available to all project team members.

Creating templates for advanced project work to organize information effectively.
Improving responsiveness of document department by recommending role restructuring.
Highly skilled in using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio) I have an excellent keyboard and typing skills.
Proven ability to work well with coworkers and seniors, and provide superior customer service.
Drafting all kind of letters.

Weekly Construction Progress Report.
Prepare the Minutes of Coordination Meeting.
Well knowledge in VB programmin, HTML and Microsoft Office applications like, Word, Excel and PPT
