 Responsible to do the supervision, co-ordination and preparing the schedule chart of work activities, supervise and organize the workshop maintenance facilities and staff.  Responsible for FES ComMENT SCADA system and communication network.  Create and implement preventive maintenance programs for the cold storage equipment such as ammonia screw compressors, BAC condensers, high pressure receiver, intercoolers, pump recalculating packages, valve stations, auto purger, electrical switch gear room, Transformers, capacitors banks, 4000 KVA Wärtsilä Diesel Generator and electrical forklifts.  Prepare the Technical Department annual plan and budgets, obtain necessary approvals and follow up proper implementation.  Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing rule; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement  Order electrical, electronic and mechanical spare parts and provide technical specifications.  Bid evaluation and analysis of vendor offers, specifications and data sheets for electrical, electronic and mechanical equipment.  Prepare material cost and timing estimates as well as reports and design specifications for electrical and electronic systems and equipment.  Prepare and supervise the preparation of the standard operating procedures to be followed by Contractors and ensures its inclusion in relevant contracts / agreements.  Provide a supporting service in the interpretation of contracts during the course of administration or at contract closeout  Responsible for installation, testing, commissioning and handing over the complete electrical service installation in accordance with contract preliminaries and conditions and as described within the consultant specifications, general technical preliminary specifications, work package etc and validate technical solutions to comply with applicable safety requirements.  Supervise the HVAC Installation Work at site of Various Cold storages.  Reviews CAD drawings, layouts, study models, documents and calculations prepared by external consultants / contractor.  Ensures compliance with applicable codes, standards.  Provides technical guidance to lower-level Engineers working on the same project  Maintain construction and installation standards as per specifications and Engineering practices.  Understanding and evaluation of project and facility requirements.  Scrutinize of Bill of quantity, measurement of installation and estimate.  Co- Ordination with other agencies such as Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, BMS  System, communication system, etc.  Co- ordination with other professionals, services consultant, structural consultants, architects, project management consultants, etc.  Monitor the construction project program.  Ensure that the works are undertaken in a safe manner utilizing the project specific safety plan.  Review the technical submittal of the material / Product in line with technical Specifications. Safety Duties (Department Safety Representative):  Carry out risk assessments and considered how risks could be reduced;  Outlining safe operational procedures which identify and take account of all relevant hazards;  Carry out regular site inspections to check policies and procedures are being properly implemented;  Attend safety committee meetings;  Make changes to working practices that are safe and complied with legislation;  Led in-house training with managers and employees about safety issues and risks;  Keep records of inspections findings and produced reports that suggest improvements;  Produce management reports, newsletters and bulletins;  Carry out accident investigations on site and produced subsequent reports and recommendations;  Advise on a range of specialist areas, e.g. fire regulations, hazardous substances, noise, safeguarding machinery and carrying out fire drills.  

related equipments according to manufacturer’s recommendations in a cost effective way for heavy duty and
rotating equipments such as: Ship Crane, Yard Crane (RMG), Mobile harbor cranes, (Diesel & Electrical)
Forklifts, Tractors, Trucks, Top Loaders, Trailers, Buses, Pickups, Diesel Generators, Air Compressors, Water
Pump station and Electrical sub stations.

 Review and advise the Technical Department on technical aspects, follow up execution and ensure provision
of technical requirement
 Develop maintenance & operate standards of electrical, mechanical equipments & electronic cards
 Order electrical, electronics and mechanical spare parts and give technical specifications of all workshop
equipments, cold stores equipments, seaport buildings chillers and AC package units
 Prepare for commercial bid evaluations
 Analyze and evaluate tenders and quotations of spare parts materials
 Prepare material cost and timing estimates as well as reports and design specifications for electrical and
electronic systems and equipment
 Prepare scope of work, specifications, terms, conditions and provide a contractual follow-up service to effect
the proper implementation of contracts
 Provide a supporting service in the interpretation of contracts during the course of administration or at
contract closeout
 Liaise with planning for the scheduling of maintenance programs and to provide feed back with a goal to
continual improvement.

 Supervised, planned and directed the technicians to ensure the maintenance procedures are carried out
efficiently, safety at minimum cost in accordance with the planned maintenance schedules
 Repaired and Trouble-Shoot of electronic cards such as compressor processor boards, communication
boards and control panel boards
 Diagnosed complex faults, analyzed malfunctions and breakdowns and recommended necessary modification
to avoid reoccurrence of complex faults
 Organized the workshop maintenance facilities and staff
 Analyzed and reviewed RFQ document from customers and participated in bid and site survey
