Design original pieces, including illustration and infographics

My main responsibility is to create a logo and branding identity for clients.
Directly responsible for overall design and illustrative/ graphic/ visuals.
Prepares the final designs for print production

Manager and coordinate graphic design project from concept through completion
Work closely with clients to create a vision, conceive designs, and consistently meet deadlines and requirements
Thinking creatively and developing design concepts, graphics, and layouts
Directly communicate with the project manager about the project

- Design briefs that suit the client's purpose
- Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos,
Roll up, Banner, Books, Business Cards and websites

- Create creative layouts and designs for all printing needed by the client efficiently.
- To output all layouts to Plate using Screen Computer Plate Machine.
- To co-operate with all staff in the company to meet all datelines.

Encoding names of the participants in Arabic, Cantonese, Mandarin,
Hebrew and Italian Language
Evaluation of papers of trainees like Enrolment Form, Visa,
Employment Contract and Passport
Verification of names of the OFWs which are not included in the Master List
Assisting OFWs to their designated rooms
Checking of attendance of the OFW trainees
Distribution of Certificates for those that completed the training
Segregation of documents of the graduating trainees
Trouble shooting computer problems particularly the ones used in training
Installation of multi-media such as sound system, projectors and
computers which will be used in training
Checking of database of language culture and familiarization at the end of day.
Back up copy of database of language culture and familiarization at
the end of the week
Encodes of monthly and annually reports of language culture and
familiarization
Assign in creating Hello World Module for PDOS (Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Oman and Guam)
Design System Database for the use of CPDEP and PDOS
Design the standardize PDOS certificate
Set up and operates apparatus for PDOS Canada, Norway and Switzerland
Receives endorsement of participants for PDOS Canada by agencies
and sends confirmation thru e-mail
Receives requirements of participants and distribute enrolment form
Encoding of the participants data to be appear in certificate of attendance
Printing the certificate of attendance of the participants
Assists in the distribution of certificates and putting the apparatus back in place
Encodes memos and letter for PDOS
Sending PDOS Advisories and memos to all PDOS Providers thru e-mail
Takes charge of Xeroxing info materials for PDOS participants and
reference for PDOS Unit
Makes follow up to PDOS Providers about their monthly report
Receives monthly report of PDOS Providers and encodes them
Prepare the quarter, midyear and annual report of PDOS
Does other function as may be requested by the Director

Check all computers if properly shutdown
Check all computers if the software and hardware are performing ok
Teach basic computer on grade school students
