Supervision and execution of all major and minor repair for the Cement mills in the factory, just to make sure that the mills run smoothly for production of cement and to minimise the total numbers of down time.
As General operator to make sure that field operation conducted in safe manner, Run in hole as winch man, service the winch, post and after job preparation of tools, service the hydraulic and diesel part of unit, installation of wireline cable drum, check the tools, service the head and rope socket making, rig up and rig down, load and off load the tools plus shipping the tools to the other location include fishing once needed.also loading the sorce to the tool and keep the source according to the company policies.
As Wireline operator l deal with rig up and rig down, service the tools, rope socket making, assist engineer to check the tools, loading and off loading the tools, shipment of tools to the different location, service wireline cable and winch plus Diesel engine and hydraulic part of the unit.also mobilize and demoblize of the project.
As Mechanical technician my responsibility was to assure that Damper truck, Dozer and wheel loader are in good condition for daily operations plus drilling rigs and compressor to gether with generator set for the factory.
Repair and maintenance of pump; Pneumatic and Hydraulic machinery.
•Maintenance planning, schedule and repair of FLUID POWER MECHANICS-hydraulic & pneumatic.
•Conveyor belt repair and ordering parts together with instrument and working tools
Service Power Plant Generator and Light vehicle.
•Service Mechanical Equipment like ROCK Drilling machine, Excavator, Dozer, Dumper Truck, Wheel
Dealing with maintenance of Pump, Compressor and Refrigeration & air conditioning.
•Operate the PLC machines.
•Servicing Fixed Plant Equipment.
Designing, improvement of machinery
•Assist in work planning and ordering of store supplies.
•Providing essential Engineering input to workshop management.
Assist in preparing daily production schedule in the workshop
•Maintenance of machinery and fault findings
•Quality control, technical supervision and measurement and control of product/services
Service the tools and repair.
•Rig up and Rig down.
•Mobilize and demobilize for the job, receive and shipment of tools & equipment to different location \{fleet man\}
•Loading the source.
•Make Rope socket and build the head.
•Service both logging skid and Truck.
•Drive the winch, install and uninstall the drum
As General operator conduct all wireline Pre-tasks and Post-jobs during the logging operation.
•To ensure safety is committed to every person involved in rig up and rig down.
Tools mobilize from w/shop to well site \[fleet in charge\].
•Maintenance of Generator
•Service the Winch.
•Managing the workshop in terms of personnel assigned to work and supervise them.
