As the acting marketing manager, I headed the marketing for the launching and building of the Eggo brand in the GCC region, both in the pre-launch stage and the launch stage of the first two GCC stores in Riyadh, KSA and Doha, Qatar.
My contribution to the pre-launch and launch such as:
• Planning the activation and events in the stores.
• Identifying the marketing agencies required.
• Mapping the competitive landscape and analyzing their marketing approach.
• Defining Eggo's brand positioning and customer profiles.
Post brand launch:
• Managing all Eggo’s marketing-related activities across the GCC.
• Working closely with the development team on the road maps for new store openings.
• Handling all ATL and BTL campaign activities.
• Handling digital marketing, content marketing, and PR agencies
• Working closely with commercial and operation departments to setup forecasts, goals, and yearly brand plan
• Supporting other departments and playing a major role in "non-marketing" such as operation process planning, mapping, implementation and training.
• Managing the marketing calendar with strict compliance with budget and policies.
• Generating reports confirming KPIs targets have been achieved by providing the needed analytics.
As an acting marketing manager, I was responsible for the below
- Plan yearly marketing calendar for the company and the brands.
- Increase marketing awareness, market share, and footfall.
- Coordinate marketing strategies with the sales, financial, and buying departments.
- Develop and managing the marketing department's budget.
- Oversee branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
- Manage the marketing and customer care department's staff.
- Prepare and presenting marketing reports to senior management.
- Develop strategies and tactics to boost the company’s reputation and drive qualified traffic.
- Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.
- Build strategic relationships and partnership with key industry players, agencies, and vendors.
- Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely.
- Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies.
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.
ALMUTLAQ FURNITURE, founded in 1954, was the first furniture company in Saudi Arabia and since then has, over the years, become a trusted and widely respected leader in the furniture retail market.
As a Marketing Executive I was managing the below
- Management reporting on day to day campaigns and ad hocs.
- Preparing marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing and campaigns
- Assisting the Marketing Manager with contracts and other suppliers
- Work closely with in-house designer and related marketing agencies
- Proof reading for content used in both online and printed materials
- Managing the company’s social media channels
- Generating and executing marketing campaigns across digital media channels
- Conducting competitors market research when required
- Managing customer care dept. and supporting the agents to solve customers'
issues

Handling Pre-Sales Operations such as customer presentations, Quoting Systems, training sales people on new products and on-site customer training.
My job responsibilities as A\V Specialist:
• Making site survey to prepare quotations.
• Studying projects and determining what it needs to work.
• Analyzing and designing projects and suggesting the optional and proper solution.
• Discussing quotations with customers and knowing their needs.
