Planning and organizing production schedules, assessing project and resource requirements, estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with clients and managers, ensuring that health and safety regulations are met, determining quality control standards, overseeing production processes, re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary, selecting, ordering and purchasing materials, organising the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment, liaising with buyers and marketing and sales staff, supervising and managing the work of junior staff and organizing relevant training sessions.
Implements technical oversight programs that help maintain food safety and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsible for administering audit of products which have already been checked for quality. and collecting samples from the goods produced and labeling them, performing quality check on the various samples collected, noting down observations taken from various samples, giving quality ratings for samples checked, preparing quality assurance reports for the use of management, giving feedbacks to workers, advising the machining operators and workers to adopt improved manufacturing practices, and guiding quality control executives on quality checking techniques.
Responsible for ensuring a product or service meets the established standards of quality including reliability, usability and performance.
Responsible for the safety and productivity of all production employees staffed on designated shift. Additionally, accountable for ensuring that production scheduled for completion is executed in a timely manner and within all quality parameters.
