Generating Fortnightly & monthly MIS reports (both in Excel & software driven) and
sharing them with promoters by providing brief commentary on movement from
previous reporting period.
Getting the statements / proof of Investment from the concerned fund houses /
brokers / AIF / PMS & sharing them with the Investors after execution of transactions
on a monthly / quarterly basis.
Coordinating with the Securities team for execution of trades by facilitating the
transaction execution.
Feeding the executed entries into reporting software and ensuring the correctness of
data entered & reports generated from software.
Coordinating with accounts team for transfer of funds on time for execution of trades
as per the plan and providing them with required reports / data for tax filing.
Providing signed documents to concerned brokers / manufacturers of the product
after getting them approved / signed from the Investors of the family.
Any ad hoc operational activities required to be carried on request of Investment team
& promoters.
Handled the GST Audit as a senior of a listed NBFC for 3 consecutive years including the
first year of introduction of GST Audit.
Preparation and vouching of ITC Register of an NBFC and filing of GST Returns on
behalf of clients.
Dealing with cases of GST notices and compliances.
Conduct of Tax audit and Preparation of Form 3CB and 3CD in compliance of various
sections of Income Tax Act mentioned in Form 3CD.
Data compilation and drafting of appellate matters, various letters submitted in the
department such as rectification letters, objections to re-assessment proceedings.
Headed the Statutory Audit of various Construction Companies and Partnership Firms
including LLPs.
Assisted the Statutory Audit of the branch of Federal Bank.
Handled the Internal Audit of a Charitable Trust and of a GST Consultancy company
having clients from various sectors such as Nidhi company, Jewellery, Pharmacy,
Construction, Travel advisor company etc.
Engaged in the Preparation of Annual Financial Statements and Cash Flow Statements
as per the accounting standards, Preparation of Estimated, Provisional & Projected
Balance Sheets.
Preparation of Executive Summary Reports and their Follow-up.
Exposure into Statutory Audit, Internal audit, GST audit, preparation of financial statements, drafting of notices and appeals and other adhoc activities.
