Roles and Responsibilities:
● Conduct and perform a full audit cycle/audit assignments as per audit plan.
● Follows-up on audit findings and audit reports with concerned division/department manager to ensure implementation of agreed corrective action plans.
● Maintain open communication with management and staff.
● Help in the administrative or other non-audit tasks.
● Work under the supervision of the Head of the Internal Audit. observations, risks and recommendations.
● Prepare the required Aramco deliverables (Inspection TWLH, WRR, INCR Log, LBE Log, QC Status and RFI Log)
● Appraise production quality in accordance with the Project Quality Plan and Inspection and Test plan and determine conformity and non conformity.
● Inspection results documented and non conformity exists, documentation raised to establish corrective and preventive action.
● Provide interpretation of applicable code specifications and customer requirements.
● Coordinate interface with Operations, Certifying authority, client, Job Sharing personnel and subcontractor assuring conformity to project specifications.
● Exercise proactive approach in prevention of a problem by interaction with Production, Engineers and Management personnel.
● Supervise the QC team based on the fabrication activities and their qualifications.

LTA II - EPCI Offshore Facilities Guaranteed (Lump Sum) Scope Project

• Appraise production quality in accordance with the Project Quality Plan and Inspection and Test plan and determine conformity and non conformity.
• Inspection results documented and non conformity exists, documentation raised to establish corrective action.
• Provide interpretation of applicable code specifications and customer requirements.
• Coordinate interface with Operations, Certifying authority, client, Job Sharing personnel and subcontractor assuring conformity to project specifications.
• Perform field inspection of Piping and welding in accordance with project specifications and scope of work as noted within the Project Quality Plan.
• Exercise proactive approach in prevention of a problem by interaction with Production, Engineers and Management personnel.

Project: Shaybah Support Facilities to Crude Increment

As a new company at Saudi Arabia and first project with Saudi Aramco, my work scope was to establish the Procurement QC Department, work procedure/flow, forms, organization chart, employ QC team and third party inspection services contract.

• Direct communication with Client/Saudi Aramco for weekly meeting, QC status report, QC issues & NCR investigation/closing, IAP & third party inspector approval, etc.
• Review of Material Requisition, Technical Bid Evaluation. Charring Pre-Inspection Meetings, Kick Off Meetings. Review of NMR/Vendor QC Documents. Preparation of Inspection Assignment Packages, Vendor / Inspection coordination, Arrangement of Third Party Inspectors. Review of Inspection Report and Inspection Release Certificates. NCR Investigation/Closing. Review of Manufacturer Record Book/Inspection Disposition Report. Supporting site QC for MER etc.

• Ensuring the integrity and compliance of vendor activities & materials with applicable codes, standards and project specifications (SAES, SAEP, SATIP, SAIC, ASME, AWS, ASTM, etc.).
• Responsible for vendor source of inspection (Assisted by approved vendor inspectors), in-process & final inspection, documentation and associated quality control activities for the equipment/materials purchased intended for the project.
• Review of Purchase Requisition and compliance with the applicable codes/standards and Saudi Aramco Schedule-Q.
• Review Purchase Order in compliance to approved Purchase Requisition.
• Close coordination with the approved Third party agency for inspection and Final release.
• Supervision in the preparation of Inspection assignment package (IAP) for level 1 & up.
• Chairing pre-inspection meetings (PIM) for procurement of materials for level 2 & up.
• Establishing Agenda & MOM for Pre-inspection Meeting for level 2 and up.
• Supervision/preparation of Final Inspection Record Book (IRB) and Final Inspection Disposition Report (IDR).
• Planning employing and seeking approval from client qualified personnel for inspection activities.
• Preparation and submitting of Company & Client Reports like; Two- week look ahead, Progress Report, Weekly Deliverables, QC Status, etc.

Worked with Saudi Aramco Project Inspection Department (PID) at King Abdullah Petroleum Studies and Research Center (KAPSARC), Riyadh.

• Ensuring the integrity and compliance of field activities & materials with applicable codes, standards and project specifications during receiving, fabrication & installation/constructions.
• Inspect welding activates and ensure that relevant WPS/PQR and welder’s qualification and performance requirements are met.
• Inspection using basic inspection tools such as calipers, pyrometer, welding and high-low gages.
• Witness Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) methods, including VT, PT, MT, UT, FAUT, TOFD & RT.
• Assist in coating inspection, including surface preparation & painting.
• Assist in witnessing hydrostatic testing.
• Update inspection records, log books and management systems to ensure inspection work and data are properly documented and recorded.
• Complete On-Job-Training (OJT) tasks as required.
• Perform any job-related activities as requested by the immediate supervisor/ manager.
