• As build drawing (Structural cabling) as per client and consultant
standard.
• OSP drawing excavation docking routing for fiber cable route, power
cable route, and grounding cable.
• OSP drawing location of the man-hole using google earth
• Checking the shop drawing approved by the client and consultant;
and work for as Built drawing.
• Checking a label for Structural Cabling and its standard.
• Working Microsoft Visio (Cabinet Layout and Network Topology) as
per site Installation or Client and Consultant standard.
• Prepare a Fluke Air Magnet Report for the Installation of Wi-Fi
location (Pre-site, and Post Site Repot).
• Prepare a Document and gather all the information (Active part doc.
and Passive part doc.) about the project and submit to the client and
consultant as per standard.
• If the Active part, Passive part and Fluke air magnet Report as been
approved then I prepare for Pre-Testing, Testing and Commissioning
document for the final Submittal of the project.
• Checking the Fluke Test Report (Passed, and other cause of cable
failed connection).
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings for RESIDENTIAL and
COMMERCIAL construction projects.
• Create architectural drawings based on building specifications,
calculations and sketches.
• Visit construction sites to collect measurements and dimensions as
needed.
• Use CAD equipment and conventional drafting station to prepare
drawings, charts and records.
• Develop electrical and structural designs to incorporate into
architectural drawings
• Work with architect to ensure that construction project is in
accordance with design specifications.
• Drafts Electrical layouts such as LIGHTING, POWER & low current
system such as BMS SYSTEM, CCTV SYSTEM, ACCESS CONTROL
SYTEM, FIRE ALARM, PUBLIC ADDRESS, TELEPHONE, DATA & T.V.
SYSTEM.
• Prepares quantity take off with regards to the tender drawings.
• Maintain project schedule in accordance with the project plans.
• Assumes responsibilities for the efficient, timely, and accurate
completion of AutoCAD functions.
• Transforming initial rough design using AutoCAD into working
drawings.
• Prepare shop drawings prior to construction on site and manage CAD
documentation.
• Prepares clear, complete and accurate working plans and detail
drawings from rough or detailed sketches or notes by performing the
following duties:
• Makes final sketch of proposed drawing, checking dimension of parts,
materials to be used, relation of one part to another, and relation of
various parts to whole structure or project.
• Interfaces with responsible engineers, designers, checkers, drafters,
other departments and suppliers to obtain expected results and use
time efficiently.
• Makes any adjustments or changes necessary or desired.
