*Ensure communication of HSE Policy, applicable legal requirements, HSE information and lessons learned to all project personnel.
*Ensure all new employees are inducted properly into the Company and Project site HSE rules and regulations.
*Use computers for various applications, such as database management or PowerPoint to write daily report for work, record irregularities and incidents that occur site.
*Maintain accident / incident record for on-site and off-site accidents related to project employees, vehicles, assist project
personnel for preparing first information report.
*Prepare work papers supporting the monthly close process and month end balances.
*Review and double check all work papers prepared by the rest of the team for monthly close purposes.
*Assist to Chief Accountant to prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements and related footnotes.
*Shouldered responsibility of ensuring that Cashiering, Payroll and Accounts Payable functions are always covered and that the work they perform is properly supervised.
Certificate of completion, has completed levels 112 in the intensive program - English for Academic Purposes offered by ELS Language Centers. Graduate of Masters Levels.
