• Assist in developing and enforcing policies and procedures.
• Manage System and System updates for respective geographies.
• Draft and file all new hire documentation including contracts, medical, etc.
• Responsible for Gosi and payroll and benefits enrollment.
• Manage the onboarding process of new hires, including conducting orientation.
• First point of contact for all requests and queries for ME-based employees.
• Work with line manager and Finance to provide weekly and monthly reports.
• Suggest and contribute to process improvements.
• Manage and track petty cash.
• Represent Enstoa in all government request.
Execute the HR & Administration function.
• Manage the recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, competency-based interviewing, testing and assessment, selection, job offers, employment contracts, new employee orientation and probationary period.
• Monitor and review the performance appraisal system. Ensure that annual appraisals are carried out in a timely manner and followed up.
• Oversee the follow up on individual development needs in coordination with line managers and the training needs analysis results from the performance results.
• Ensure that individual employee relation cases are well managed and meet the requirements of the HR policies and employment legislation.
• Oversee all HR administration activities such as employee relations, benefits administration and payroll.
• Gather and analyze market data to measure the competitiveness of the organization’s compensation and benefits package, and make recommendations as appropriate.
• Organize and maintain all finger print program.
• Organize and maintain finger print program.
• Manage and update applications received and update the current data based on the recruitment channels.
• Schedule and execute orientation of new employees.
• Business travel bookings.
• Schedules candidates for interviews.
• Prepare and issue letters as required such as Increment letter, Internal transfer letter, termination, tesignation letter, warning letter, long service award letters.
• Coordination with the IT for issuing new users.
• Organize and schedule appointments and answer and direct phone calls.
• Plan meetings and take detailed minutes.
• Write and distribute email, letters, faxes and forms.
• Develop and maintain a filing system and contact lists.
• Book travel arrangements.
• Provide general support to visitors.
• Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
