• Responsibilities: Quality Analysis, Data Analysis, Data Research and Data mining for Mortgage related to self-storage properties of the U.S.
• We update the mortgage information of these self-storage properties.
• We update the required information on an application known as matrix, going further this information will be displayed to customers on specific websites.
• Performing quality checks on daily basis, preparing error analysis, maintaining the error report on month to month basis.
• Conducting refresher sessions for agents
• Updating the team with the new updates.

For Executives and Sr.executives:

• Floor Support / SME
• Training new joiners
• Managing a team of 4-5 people in terms of Quality.
• Responsibilities: To generate and manage water bills in SAP & Target
• Creating new properties, setting up tariffs and billing the customer
• Done QC on behalf of Quality Analyst.
• Calibration
• Updated the day-to-day productivity and quality on behalf of Team Manager.
• Allocated the work accordingly.
• Responsibilities: To generate and manage utility accounts and bills in SAP
• Applying tariff, billing and Setting up correct meter reads
• Responsibilities : Outbound calling and generating leads (Credit Cards)
