Job responsibilities:-
• Handling corporate clients for Domestic & International bookings (New bookings, Cancellation, Re-issuance and Refunds) on Galileo, Amadeus & Sabre and assisting on Visa Requirements.
• Handling Hotel bookings, Guest House bookings and Car bookings for corporate clients.
• Handling queues and taking action on mail for client queries.
• Providing backend support to implants for ticketing.
• Manage the operational activities of the department which includes Ticketing (International/ Domestic), Assisting on Visa Requirements, Hotel, Car Rental etc.
• Plan and develop systems and procedures to improve the operating quality and efficiency of the department.
• Direct staff in the development, analysis, and preparation of reports.
• Take trainings whenever necessary.
• Discuss on operational escalation with Key Account manager.
• Maintain good relations with clients.
• Assist staff to resolve complex or out of policy operation problems.
• Responsible to meet department productivity and quality goals.
• Communicate with Team Leaders and Managers on Department operations.

• Handling Refunds and queues.
