➢ Responsible for Lenovo, Wipro, Dell authorize service operation across Gujarat ➢ Create up to L3 level support for all business partners(400+) across Gujarat ➢ Expanding business with ROI planning and cost effective manpower utilization ➢ Managing KPI and achieving SLA’s ➢ Scheduling review meeting and share our performance to all principal company every month ➢ Handling higher level escalation of customers and principal companies ➢ Sharing technical tips and process flow to all business partners to help their business grow ➢ Responsible for spare procurement, Sales, manpower recruitment, Accounting, MIS, etc.
➢ Leading 90+ engineers across Gujarat ➢ Scheduling review meeting and share our performance to all principal PUDO every month
