Role:
• Support EMR Application Core
• Formulate EMR, which includes 5 DHA Hospitals namely Rashid Hospital, Latifa Women and Children Hospital, Dubai Hospital, Jebel Ali Trauma Center and Hatta Hospital.
• Out Patient journey support
• Login Access for the user, based on the user designation
• PHC (Primary Healthcare) full support
• Inpatient journey support
• Doctor scheduling, Patient appointment, Patient LAB and Radiology Report.
• EUR Report, based on user request we have to generate the report
• Material Management support
• Supporting HL7 Interface to third party applications
• Centralize the Gap Analysis and maintain User Acceptance Document (UAT) from the stake holders.
• Guide the End and Super Users (Including Physicians and Nurses).
• Monitor the validation scripts for the workflows through troubleshooting & resolve the logged issues in IVANTI.
• Prepare the training material & provide onsite support to the end users.
Role:
• Coordinated with the sales team and demoed the Application.
• CRM full support.
• Interact with clients and gather business requirements and objectives.
• CRM Design, develop and implement applications that support day-to-day operations.
• CRM full database maintaining and supporting.
• Understanding the project and finalize its scope.
• Understand and evaluate complex data models.
• Debugging and fixing bugs.
• Trained the end users on the CRM application and formalized super users.
• Handled end user issues like workflow, training, system build and design.
• Analyzed monthly KPIs for the support logs and discussed on improving customer satisfaction.
