Maintain high standard of food quality, food quantity
Maintain high standard of customer service
Controlling food cost, labor cost
supervision of staff performance, staff training
Responsible for all food and beverage services at the Beach club for Qatar Gas and Ras Gas clients.Reporting to Beach club supervisor day to day operation activities, Special parties, VIP clients, Involved in customer reservations, , customer complaints.High standard of customer service.
