Directly reports to the Director regarding project schedule analysis, project status and quality assurance/control issues in the Administrative (Supervision and Implementation) Department.
Responsible for the over-all coordination, direction, control and completion of housing projects from instauration to closure.
Participates in workshops and discussions on quality, production and project management issues for improving the product quality of the company’s developments.
Read and review project drawings to determine dimensions of structural elements.
Inspect project sites and evaluate work in order to detect problems with the design.
Help ensure that projects conform to design specifications and applicable codes.
