Perform tasks in accordance with the processes the in the company
and project Quality Management System.
Ensures the implementation of the quality plans and objectives of the
department and project assignment.
Identify and monitor each major construction activities, its
relationship with other activities and all necessary support.
Prepare project Master Schedule based on identified major
construction activities and update the scheduled project activities
Generate and monitor Earned Value Curves and revenue forecast in
coordination with the project manager, construction management
and project team.

Understand the project functional organizations and interfaces, and
understand constructability concept;
Assists with project forecasting (1) Cost and (2) Scheduling:
(1) Cost:
Maintain project cost report and cash flow
Assist in preparation of monthly/quarterly reports
Facilitate quantity management reporting
Assist in providing invoice back-up
(2) Scheduling:
Assist in preparation of summary schedule
Assist in schedule fragment preparation and resource loading
Prepare and maintain productivity reports (PES)
Assist in critical path and float analysis

Prepare Overall Master Schedule based main construction scope of
works
Monitors the implementation of plans and update the project baseline
schedule
Generate and monitor Earned Value Curves and revenue forecast in
coordination with the project manager, construction management
and project team.
Inform the project team regarding the concerns of the management
Prepare Weekly and Monthly Reports

Prepare and update Baseline Schedule of identified major
construction activities.
Study, prepare, verify and reconcile project time extension claim
Visit project site to oversee all site concerns are monitored and in
order
Manages project site works in accordance with the project schedule
Inform the project team regarding the concerns of the Management
and Executive Committee
Maintain records and composes correspondence relative to work
Attends meetings and project conferences to discuss department
operations, proposals, and techniques for the resolution of the
problems
Prepare Executive Weekly and Monthly Summary Reports for the
Management

Identifies and monitors each major construction activities, its

Correlates the activity list with the contract documents and schedule

Solicits and confirms all information from best combination of
resources, incorporating it into plana and submit on time
Monitors the implementation of plans and maintains all

Perform integrated time and cost analysis to support monitoring of
project status, performance and cost estimates (forecasting) through
Enterprise Portfolio Project Management System (EPPMS) using MS
Project&PrimaveraP6as project managementtools
Identifies control points (target project accomplishments, asset
investment disbursement targets, asset investments variances, asset
investment forecast, planned and earned value targets, etc) for each
project and relays information to parties concerned (Project Manager,
Construction Manager, and projectteam)
Maintains integrityof respective project baselines and track individual
project changes such as Variation Orders, Time Extensions and Time
Suspensions
Evaluates and communicates variances between planned and actual
accomplishments on site to facilitate timely management decisions
and actions

Resolves the cause of delay in target schedule and problems related

Evaluates and checks work accomplishments versus submitted
billings

Interpret and execute underground wet and dry utility plans with
respect to its elevation and according to project specifications and
standards
Supervise testing of asphalt pavement, field density test (FDT),
Portland Cement Concrete Pavement and other technical
construction procedures.
Supervision of project construction and ensuring safety, quality
standards and timelyaccomplishments are met
Monitoring manpower production and equipment productivity, daily,
weeklyand monthly
Implementation of companys project completion procedures and
standards in line with its mission to provide Safety Adherence, Quality
Assurance, Timely delivery, Cost Efficiency, Sustainable Development
to itsvalued clients.
