**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Demonstrate a through working knowledge of National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Responsible for the implementation of the approved Project Quality Control Plan and ensuring compliance with the implementation of the approved QC program; SAUDI ARAMCO Standards and Specification.
- Issue an Internal Non-Conformance Report (INCR) in an instance of deficiencies in quality were found at work.
- Take an effective corrective action to prevent a recurrence of discrepancies.
- Responsible for inspecting all Electrical and C.P. work including but not limited to cable laying, installation of anodes, test stations, bonding stations, rectifiers, loop checking etc. and prepare reports.

Electrical and Instrumentation Quality Assurance Inspector at Saudi Aramco through Gulf Engineering House

Electrical and Instrumentation Activities at the flowline perimeter:
- Installation of wellhead equipment such as PDHMS, SWC, MPFM and ESD.
- Installation of safety and system grounding.
- Installation of all measurement instruments such as PIT, FIT, TIT, TI and PI.
- Installation of all instrument and Power cables according to national and Aramco standards.
- Perform Loop checking and Pre-commissioning activities for both electrical and instrument equipment.
Cathodic protection:
- Installation of deep anode bed according to IFC drawing.
- Installation of CP rectifier and Remote monitoring unite (RMU).
- Installation of CP test stations along the Trunkline and bonding boxes between crossing Pipes.
- Installation of sacrificial (Temporary) magnesium anodes for Trunckline protection.
- Installation of the complete ICCP system (Permanent).
- Conduct Pre-commission activities for the entire Cathodic Protection system.
Over Head Power Line:
- Installation of all Power Line Poles according to project scope.
- Installation of Guy wire and cross arm for terminal and fuse disconnect pole according to Saudi Aramco Standard
drawings.
- Complete installation of fuses, surge arresters, insulators, pole mounted transformers, breakers and ACSR wire.
