• Review and evaluate requests from end-users for new projects and modifications.
• Prepare studies, designs, cost estimation and tender document for approved projects.
• Conduct technical evaluations of the bidder's submittals.
• Manage and technically supervise the execution of projects until final handover.
• Oversee (as part of a team) to complete and operate the Technical Library of the department.
• Assigned as Team Leader in maintenance division (Housing and Recreation zone) which enables me to supervise the PM and CM process of all disciplines through the buildings engineers and contractor's team.
• Assigned as Lead coordinator of Liquefied Petroleum Gas system (LPG) Committee with the objective to commission and operate the system in the campus properly.

Drawings review (Tender, Shop and As built), coordinate and approval.
Finishing Materials technical study and approval.
Site inspection.
Initial handover process (Snag list, O&M manual, spare parts.. etc)
