-receiving materials from suppliers and check it and compare it with invoices coming with .

- prepare the material for branches and customers and send it by our cars to customer within jeddah abd by transportation company to others in all ksa.
- follow up all matters related to my staff as uniform, shoes....etc
- making daily inventory for specified bin location and items which is fast moving.
-making anual inventory along with audit dept'
- follow up with my teams(dispatching team, receiving team, cleaning team ..etc)
- sending monthly attendance sheet for my staff.
- purchase all needs for stores and staff.
- prepare overtime sheet for staff as need.....ets
-apply for medical leave and annual leave for staff
and other workes inside functions above...
