Prepare proposals, request quotes and negotiate purchase terms and conditions. Prepare and issue purchase orders and agreements. Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues and concerns. Inspect and evaluate the quality of purchased items and resolve shortcomings. Analyze industry and demand trends and support senior management with the development and implementation of sourcing strategies. Vendor Evaluation and pre-qualification. Foreign supplier sourcing & finding the potential by evaluating the international export index. Logistic coordination with freight forwarders & shippers for smooth transaction. Researching and identifying prospective suppliers. Liaising with internal project teams and maintaining strong supplier relations. Evaluating products and suppliers according to key business criteria

Identify value engineering and cost saving opportunities
Maintain & monitoring of construction budgets
Track market costs, identify trends and monitor product research
Prepare and maintain subcontractor scopes of work
Directing and leading the procurement officers throughout the process of evaluating suppliers, conducting interviews with vendors, negotiating supplier agreements and managing supplier and vendor contracts.
Constantly monitor what the company purchases, delivers and spends to determine if goods are defective or not meeting performance demands.
Provide product-specific training to prepare new employees for their roles.
1. Generating reports in ERP and MS-EXCEL for the Purchase requisitions, RFQ’s and PO’s. 2. Monitoring of the Document control and expediting activities concerning the above purchasing documents 3. Attending client meetings and meetings with designers, 4. Attending vendor facilities, as necessary in expediting and follow up. 5. Generating vendor database for the materials and services.
Estimation and preparation of quotations against tenders - Attending technical / commercial negotiation meeting- Site visiting - Coordinating with Architect’s / Consultant’s representative if any queries / doubts in the specifications /designs
Familiarize with control panel operation - substation operation - HV, LV line erection and -Line maintenance
