• Manage social media properties (Facebook, Twitter, etc.), including daily monitoring, posting, and content development.
• Coordinate and implement social media marketing communication projects with Responsibilities that include social media advertising and creating brand Awareness Online.
• Moderate forums and chats.
• Initiate conversation through forums, twitter and postings.
• Prepare status reports on social media efforts and success rates.
• Provide Second line diagnosis and investigation incidents.
• Log, solve and close incidents/service requests as per IT support procedures & allocated timelines.
• Follow up with clients regarding incidents progress.
• Ensure tickets are up to date at all times until issues are solved.
• Provide technical support to the users including training them to operate the systems, providing technical advice and support for new software application.
• Participating in task forces for reviewing and enhancing existing systems.
• Interact daily with ITD’s team up to Head level to co-ordinate work activities and ensure smooth system operation.
• Conduct user satisfaction callbacks/surveys.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve hardware & software problems.
• Facilitate and participate in conference calls with users and other teams in ITD to gather/clarify information.
• Maintain and support LAN/WAN environment.
• Handle Windows and Linux systems, business applications, anti-virus protection, email and authentication administration.
IN ADDITION TO:
• Participate in the following projects: Help Desk Manual, Services Desk Catalog, Core banking upgrade, McAfee hard desk Encryption.
• Member of escalation team for unsolved incidents/service requests within agreed timescales.
• Issue a weekly/monthly reports & flow diagrams to the management.
• Mentor and guide junior team members.
• Perform IT Security officer responsibilities.
• Assist in preparation of proposals and presentations for Management.
• Help the customers to fill IPO application and answer their queries.
• Check customer account balance, signature, attached documents and call the customer if needed.
• Dispatch applications’ copies and filling.
• Bachelor of Computer Systems and Networks with Honor Degree (First Class).
