Being an English instructor has been my job for almost a year and half . I’ve been working at a very well known institute in Alexandria"IBI "and teaching general English proficiency levels and conversation courses for a diversity of age groups. My duties as an instructor include lesson planning, illustration, facilitating the learning process and evaluating students. Using the communicative language approach is essential as it supports using pictures, games and miming and encouraging the team work in order to carry out the the learning process in a friendly atmosphere that encourages cooperation, discussion and critical thinking .
