Lead and steer the development and operations of enterprise services in line with the corporates' strategy and long term plans.
1- Lead and oversee the development of new enterprise products and services that fulfil the ‘Digital Life’ and provide lasting value to our customers.
2-Align business objectives to identify the impact to people, processes, and technology, and rapidly prototype and implement solutions.
3- Scout, uncover big ideas that inspire and excite marketing team and utilize the latest technology trends to generate new revenue streams and increase efficiency.
4- Build people capabilities and facilitation to help identify the art of possible and rapidly implement solutions through agile processes.
5-Manage and lead the vendors and strategic partnerships that contribute to each capability within the portfolio.
6- Advocating best enterprise services and products for the business and IT in order to match the demand of the relevant target segments
7- Ensure the provision of capabilities to be developed by enterprise development / 3rd parties to ensure the development in line with the requirements.
8- Provide guidance for multiple departments to assure creation of experience and functional UAT test plans, test cases & scripts to ensure comprehensive testing on capability development and assess the conformance of product development as per the experience use cases developed.
9- Manage teams responsible for IT Enterprise Services Demand efficiently on an on- going basis and maintenance of product during its lifecycle including profitability management.
10- Exercise financial authority and governance within established limits and control departmental expenditure ensuring optimal financial performance of projects against budgets so that areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified and rectified promptly.
11- Lead and set directions concerning IT enterprise services platforms budgeting as well as effective and efficient allocation of funds and resource across division in line with Company strategies and objectives.
12- Evaluate current solutions and identify areas to improve, standardize, simplify, and enhance functionality and/or transition to packaged solutions to improve supportability and time to market.
13- Perform other responsibilities as required by higher levels of supervision.
Managing and planning for ECM and GIS Developments, projects, resources and
future plan.

* Managing ECM solution (SharePoint & FileNet)
* Managing GIS ESRI platform
* Revamping GIS portal (MobilyGIS) and GIS ePortal clients into new
technologies.
* Development automated business processes through K2 and FileNet BPM.
* Utilizing K2 smart form to fulfill business requirements.
* Interact with customers to understand business requirements.
* Develop cost-effective solutions to meet business needs.
* Work with customers and project team to determine project scope, budget,
schedule and deliverables.
* Oversee risk management, change control and quality assurance activities.
* Supervise project team in application design, development, testing and
deployment. Schedule customer meetings to update about project status.
* Develop project work plans and determine resource requirements.
* Plan, coordinate and oversee project activities to ensure on-time delivery.
* Develop system upgrade, enhancements plan and department training plan.
* Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
* Develop and enforce department policies and IT standards.
* Analyze solutions problems and provide immediate resolutions.
* Respond to customer enquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
