•Analysis of Assay, Related substance for finished products, and in process forms (Eye drops, Oral suspension, Injection solutions, powder products)
•Analysis of Raw materials (Assay, identification, Water content, loss on drying, PH & Conductivity) and all tests of Bp, USP monograph.
• Analysis of packing materials to standard,
preparation and calibration standard solutions with high accuracy.
•Validation analysis for In House method (assay Hplc, dissolution) by using ICH Guidelines (accuracy, precision, linearity, specificity, .. ect).
•Analysis of stability finished products (Real & Accelerate)
•Analysis of water (WFI, PFW)
Analysis of crude oil & derivatives:
-Sepectroscopy Techniques
- Separation Techniques
-Classical Chemistry
•Analysis of petroleum products:
- Gasoil Full analysis (Density test, Distillation test, Flash ponit, ... ect)
- Gasoline Full analysis (Density test, Distillation test, Vapor pressure test, ...ect)
- Kerosene Full analysis (Density test, Distillation test, Colour test, ... ect)
•knowledge of all instruments used for Analytical chemistry for example: -Separation techniques -Chromotograpic techniques -Spectroscopy techniques •knowledge the types of Analysis: -Qualitative Analysis -Quantitative Analysis -Fundamental Analysis -Characterization Analysis •knowledge of physical &Chemical properties for periodic table
