* Checking maintenance request and making schedule.
* Organizing the equipment and manpower necessary to complete the project.
* To ensure that the work is completed in time with the given specifications and standards.
* Keeping detailed records of projects site activities.
* Updating daily progress report.
* Updating weekly & monthly report.

As a surveyor daily visiting to site and taking final measurements of projects which is in schedule.
* Meet with client at client site and explain all specifications and drawing details to client, and taking all notes which client required and summiting to sales department for amendment contract.
* In office work daily updating schedule for final measurement.
* Preparing AutoCAD drawing for production of UPVC windows, doors & structural glazing as per contract.
* Preparing cutting list of frame, sash & glass in window maker software as per AutoCAD drawing.
* Preparing shutter cutting list.
* Preparing structural glazing glass cutting list.
* Daily follow up contract with sales department and production department.

 Preparation of Bills of Quantities.
 Preparation of Monthly Reports and Weekly Reports as per progress.
 Preparation of Monthly valuations as per progress.
 Preparation of Variations.
 Preparation of Escalations.
 Prepare and submit the take-off sheet and get approval from the Client representative in preparation for the monthly billing.
 Prepare and measure the contractor work for contract documents, monthly payments and final accounts.
 Assessing the contract documentation and valuations.
