Updating and monitoring the schedule and budget on monthly basis through planning engineer.
•Resolve any problem that will delay the project.
•Design and develop the water supply/sewerage system for the university campus/colony.
•Purchase, operation and maintenance of 15 diesel generators (50-300 KVA)
•Preparing project related document for material purchasing, technical evaluation of the offers, and selection of subcontractor.
•Managing the site laboratory and QC team for final handover of project as per project specification.
•Monitor weekly/monthly project report for any bottlenecks/problem, progress and find solution for the problems.
•Weekly meeting with site engineers, QC engineers, Foremen and other project team for timely completion of project.
•Delivered the project on time with zero punch list.
•Verification of Quantities for subcontractor bills
•Projects handled:-1, 000, 000 Sq Ft of building work have been completed including academics blocks, student hostels, and library. Colony buildings, bachelors residential, student service centres’, guest house, administration blocks, Auditorium. Play grounds, Roads, 50000 running ft. Boundary wall, water supply lines, sewerage system and other all infrastructures required for a public sector university campus. Cost of the completed projects was Rs 2000 Million.
Coordinate with the site engineers and foremen to follow the schedule for the project and overall supervision of the different on-going activity for the works for 6000 TPD (ton per day) Cement Plant with 198000 CUM concrete and 40000 ton of steel.
•Execution of civil works as per approved drawing and design in coordination with the site QC engineer and site civil engineer.
•Allocate work to other members of team in order to ensure delivery of design to quality, time and budget
•Coordinate with Subcontractors for their submittals of MS/QCP/ITP/Flow Chart, Review documents on Company’s behalf
•Design and construction of sewerage system for the plant, power plant and colony residential area.
•Manage the handover procedures of the project and the handing over the completed civil works for erection of mechanical structures for the plant to the client.
•Responsible for site laboratory controlling the works complying with Project specifications, guaranteeing quality of civil works.
•Coordinate with QA/QC Department for final handover of works as per Inspection Test Plans, mechanical completion certificates, etc; Civil and architectural works, Road works and heavy truck parking facilities related to the transportation of the product.
•Complied reports and reporting to senior manager on key issues.
•Project handled:-Complete construction of Six cement plant cost over Rs.13000 Millions
NGO funded project by US as
Initiate Purchase request as per the project requirement and follow the purchase department for the issuance of purchase order. Follow up vendors for timely delivery of the materials.
•Coordinate with the design department for the submission of the design and drawing required at different stages of the project.
•Coordinate with site engineer, design department and client for the smooth functioning of the project and timely completion of project
•Ensure quality of design documentation throughout the design process.
•Preparation of BOQ as per tender requirement.
•Identify the discrepancies in drawing and inform to PM accordingly
•Preparation of Daily, Weekly and Monthly Progress Reports and highlight the bottleneck to the higher management.
•Evaluation of the Project for any loopholes and monitor the progress as per the approved baseline schedule and cost.
