•Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision.
•Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations.
•Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization.
•Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.
•Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
•Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
•Liaise with clients, suppliers and transport companies.
•Maintains warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.

1.Physically check the item during receiving from the supplier.
2.Making QC of the items while receiving in the system, ie checking the quality, model and color of the item.
3.Before receiving item in the system making sure the quantity of the item is correct.
4.Properly making bar code the items.
5.Reject those items which is not matching the purchase order requirements.
6.Send the receiving report to all the category managers.
7.Also send the damaged items report to the manager.
My duties and responsibilities includes:
Preparing and maintaining the various reports and documents related to operation.
Reviewing and analyzing the performance of employees through making the pickers and packers performance report daily.
Keeping the attendance records of all employees.
Trained the new employees.
Daily briefing on the issues.
Ensure timely procurement of stationary and packaging material as per user’s requirement.
Keeping record of all the packaging material used.

responsibility related to my jobs are as follows
• Overseeing arrival of shipments.
• Receiving returns shipment from the courier.
• Scanning all the shipments received in the excel sheet.
• Reconcile all the shipments documents.
• Return all the daily shipments received.
• Separate the RTO & RTN shipments.
• Responsible for all the returns items put away properly.
• Monitor and motivate staff.
• Report daily to manager.
