• Attending PPM and corrective tasks for HVAC and electrical
equipment and plumbing systems.
• Trouble shooting of package units, split units, window ac.
• Rectification of problems in panel boards.
• Regular inspection of Plant rooms, IT rooms.
• Coordination with subcontractors for additional works.
• Preparation of snags after the completion of works by the
contractor.
• Regular stock inventory for spares at site.
• Maintenance of chiller, FCU, AHU, FAHU, CRAC, Panel AC and
package units.
• Maintaining service reports.
• Installation, testing and commissioning of new refrigerant units-
(Window units, Split units)
• Trouble shooting of faulty window and split units.
• Preparation of service reports.
• Regular maintenance of HVAC equipment (Refrigerant units, chilled
water system-FCU, AHU, FAHU, chilled water pumps)
• Preparation of daily reports.
• Proficient in Installation, Operation and Maintenance, Trouble
shooting of Refrigerant units, Chilled water system.
