It's an independent production unit well known as a 'Amul Dairy' is having turnover of Rs.2000 cores (approx.2009-10).

This project was implemented in consultation with IBM Consulting Team comprising 40 members and 70 members from AMUL

CO Module Over View

CO Functional Consultant to Roll out existing SAP in other AMUL plants.
•Blueprint work - Defining Business Process through As-Is Study and Blue Print Design for CO Module, defining Key Data Structure for CO includes Master Data Collection from every Plant.
•Data Migration into SAP from legacy system via LSMW, Scat, BDC& BAPI.
•Verification of Proposed Business Processes through testing of Configured Business scenarios during Baseline and Integration testing. Includes Integration testing for Process, Development & Developed reports at different levels.
•Integration point’s responsible for/supporting - Integration of CO with PP FI, MM, SD, PM&PS.
•Configuration - Undergone SAP Configuration training conducted by Implementation Partner IBM for Controlling Module.
•Communication, Validation & feedback of business processes from all location
Post go-live support - Post go-live support for both CO modules independently at All Location (53 Manufacturing Units.
