MBA - project management specialization. Full semester focusing on project management methodologies (Prince & PMP). Conduct Assignment of "increasing organization Capacity"; analyzed firm current strategy using different methods; SWOT analysis, Pestel analysis, porter analysis, BCG analysis, SPACE & Financial analysis. then suggests projects and write project charters.
