• Real estate property supervisor
• Supervising the rented properties from collecting their rents and marketing the vacant ones.
• Supervising the reform of tenants' feedback and achieving their satisfaction.
• Following up the preventive maintenance work for each property, including plumbing, electricity, elevators, and all architectural works such as repairs, painting, and restoration.
• Following up emergency maintenance work for real estate services at the best prices and high quality. All electrical, sanitary, plumbing, air conditioning, and elevator work, in addition to architectural works such as painting, building, removal, and restoration to treat leakage, fire, or other things.
• Reviewing data on late payments and vacant units.
• Count the units that have been evacuated and make a copy of the record of receipt and delivery.
• Increasing the real estate financial return by occupying vacant units and reducing costs.

- Responsible for all incoming complaints from our stores and from our digital platforms
- Managing the TSC Rewards Program daily mechanics such as handling customer points and customer profiles database
- Managing daily customer service queries and forwarding the complaints to management whilst tracking the results and handling the customer needs
