• Responsible for recruitment in all phases.
• Responsible for all Onboarding process such as (Joining papers - Email - Laptop -announcement - orientation program - etc....)
• Responsible for developing policies.
• Responsible for Offboarding process including EOS settlements.
• Responsible for the monthly payrolls.
• Responsible for E-government websites such as (GOSI - Muqeem - Riyadh Chamber - Taqat -The Saudi Council of Engineers - Qiwa - Mudad).
• Collaborate with line managers and team to determine training plans and needs.
• Responsible for employee relations (promotions, increments, warning letters, terminations...)
• Improving the work environment by applying flexible policies and creating a family environment.
• Responsible for petty cash and purchases.
• Responsible for AQAR facility and maintenance.
• Answer employee questions regarding policies and procedures.
• Follow-up the medical insurance and medical claims cases, addition and deletion and review the bills.
• Follow-up the HR system and review and submit all the employees requests.
• Updating the personnel files and the HRIS.
• Resolving complicated issues of employee relations.
• Develop the policy and procedures.
• Calculate the EOS settlements.
• Handling all the governmental websites
• Handling all the recruitment process (starting from the sourcing phase to the on-boarding phase).
• Overseas Recruitment.
• Handling the payroll and financial settlements.
• Handling E-government websites ( GOSI - Muqeem - Riyadh Chamber - Taqat - The Saudi Council for Engineers - Qiwa - Mudad).
• Handling all the procurement and petty cash.
• Handling all the training and performance evaluation process.
• Handling all the administrative work such as STC - Medical Insurance
• Choosing the best candidates from different channels after reading the job description
• Screening & shortlisting candidates to fill job vacancies
• Preparing interview evaluation form and make initial phone interview for each candidate
• Interviewing non-Manager positions
• Set Training plans and negotiate with the institutes
• Participate in developing internal policies
• Participate in the performance evaluations
• All on-boarding process (Joining form, Job offer, Contract, joining Announcement, etc…)
