-Responsible of bill of quantities for materials and equipment, Technical & Architectural section required for the building
-Work with architectural drawings in CAD format
-Prepare architectural drawings, specifications, details and preliminary designs
-Development of architectural and planning solutions
-Prepare comparison tables, construction estimating spreadsheets
-Responsible of the project's commercial offers (for Cost Estimate)
-Assist Project Manager and Director of Design office to provide a professional Project, Design Management and successful project delivery
-Participation in negotiations, meeting protocols with the investors
-Control the execution of instructions and orders by Project Manager
-Support the Project Manager in the preparation and presentation of reports, proposals, budgets
-Technical translation from Russian to English, English to Russian
-Assign students for English test
-Interact with other University’s departments
-Responsible of of student’s performance (CIS countries)
-Responsible of design plans for the development of the department and ensure of its's implementation
