Responsible for all employee based activity within the organization, from both operational and strategic perspective. Involved in many areas, such as: change management, resource planning and recruitment, training, employee communication & development of companywide policies & procedures, managing a variety of HR issues and being the first point of contact for all employee related issues.
Assists and support management and the leadership team with handling and resolving Human Resources issues. Assist employees with internal and external transfer requests and procedures. Monitor and assist managers/supervisors with hiring processes and issues; Support processing and maintenance of payroll records in accordance with policies and procedures; Manage leave-of-absence programs and personnel records; administer benefits enrollment and programs; handle HR generalist workplace issues. Monitor all hiring and recruitment processes for compliance with all local laws and company policies and standards.
Promoted to fulfill a broad range of HR functions, including recruiting employees, administering compensation & benefits, drafting disciplinary action and managing HR records. Coordinated health fairs to promote employee wellness, monitor all hiring and recruitment processes for compliance with all local laws and company policies and standards, tracked contracts and agreements with recruitment agencies.
Assists in the overall administration/implementation of all Human Resource functions such as: recruitment, employee relations, and records keeping.
