• Leads structural/architectural team and draft-persons in carrying out the structural and architectural designs and drawing production for various structures in the design and design/supervision contracts awarded to the company.
• Conceptualizes economical, efficient and practical design for structures and make proposals to the design managers.

• Coordinate with other discipline engineers and design managers for the structural designs
• Writes structural, architectural and civil works specifications
• Attends to various site issues for the on-going projects requiring structural resolutions.
• Provides expert technical inputs, guidance and checks/approves subordinate engineers works in the preparation of engineering calculations reports and drawing details.
• Checks structural models done by subordinate engineers and contractor’s designers.
• Attends regular meeting to resolve site issues and liaise with managers on project deliveries and authority approval for building permit.
