- Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly management reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) using Power BI.
- Oversee resource identification and screening and manage communication with third-party vendors to fulfill onshore and offshore requirements.
- Handle Statement of Work (SOW) processing, timesheet management, and invoicing for all onsite and offshore quality assurance resources.

Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new enhancements associated with the Finn One Module and the Oracle Cash Management System.
- Manage client loan servicing and maintenance activities, including loan booking, disbursement processes, and Post-Dated Cheque (PDC) management.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports, which include bank reconciliation, loan disbursement volumes and turnaround times (TAT).
